NP 435 Questions

NP 435 Questions
Years back I acquired a different brand 600 series (w600 brand started with a d and ended with an odge). I still have the NP435 out of it. It has the large spline input so it won't be going in a pickup. Does anyone know if the PTO units on this would fit a ford trans either a normal pickup 435 or a f600 kind of np 435. I didn't know if internals may be the same? Thanks for any info you may have.

I have a 75 F-350 tow truck that came with the large input shaft np435. 2 years ago the 391 FT engine in it blew up, and I had a good running 360 to put in. I changed out the large shaft tranny for a small shaft tranny (both NP 435's) and the power takeoff fit just fine. I've had several apart and always found the cluster shaft ( which the pto runs on) where the same.
Wouldn't hurt to take the cover off and look......
