A/C not blowing through dash vents

A/C not blowing through dash vents
New project on truck this week. A/C suddenly stopped blowing air through the dash vents. Still puts out cold air fine but only through the defrost and floor vents. Someone told me it might be a vaccum line. Does anyone know how to fix this problem?
