No fire to the coil, 1987 2.9 Ranger

Ok here is the deal. My daughters 87 Ranger with the 2.9 V6 is giving us fits. Just stopped running on monday and is currently in the mcdonalds lot lol. New fuel pump, filters and relays. Fuel to the fuel rail with plenty of pressure. New coil, new cap, rotor, wires and plugs and ICM. Still no fire to the coil. Engine cranks like no other so the starter is good and plenty powerful. ANy ideas?

Did you try the TFI module on the distributor?.........or was that what you called the ECM?

It's either the TFIM (Ignition Module) on the distributor or the pick up coil inside the distributor.
