I let my GFs mom drive my truck one night to go to the store and hearing my exhaust from far away then seeing the HID headlights and foglights and then seeing it down the road I just said "damn my truck looks good!" Gives me chills lol
Its alot different seeing your truck on the road instead of being in it like normal.
At work a customers Escalade had a dead batt and I pulled my black 95 xlt sc 300/5 speed up to jump it. The drivers teenage daughter was looking over my 200k+ mile truck and stated to her mother that mine was a real truck. Made my day!

I love my truck better than any truck ive ever had.
My buddy always calls Fords horrible trucks cuz they break this or that, but then i took him out and show em how tough my truck is and dared him to follow in his dodge. Well long story short, he snapped his axle and driveshaft and the same time and i had to pull his truck out.
His truck: 2003 Dodge 2500 Cummins
My Truck: 1994 F250HD 351W
The reason Fords break this or that, cuz Ford owners aint afraid to do this or that, cuz our trucks are tough enough to get the job done, sometimes things break, **** happens, its a truck. haha
Way back in the day, I was dating this girl, and her car broke something major, and so I was telling her she should just sell it and buy a truck, and that I would help her to pick one out. She knew I was all Ford all the time, and so she very sheepishly asked me if it would be ok if she got a Silverado? She explained that a Silverado was more of a "girl's truck". Well she ended up getting her car fixed, and she never did get that Silverado, but I married her in '93 since she had the right perspective on trucks. Right before we got married, we traded that car of hers on a '91 SAE Bronco for her. I still have her and the Bronco.
I love all Fords of this vintage, well all Fords period, hell, I like the '77 LTD II. But these trucks, especially the 87-91, just give me the shivers. They just look like a real Ford to me. Whenever I look at one of mine, I imagine I have those little cartoon hearts coming out of my head.
Don't get me started on the '97 trucks - it's been 14 model years and I am still pissed about Ford dropping TIB/TTB.
