which is the easiest and the best in your opinion. I am interested in all 3 but want the easiest to apply at home without having to use paint sprayers and any other special equipment
These have been discussed here many times. If you search, I'm sure you will find many different opinions and experiences with these products. I have experience with the POR15. Good and bad. THe stuff goes on well with a brush. you must follow their directions perfectly or you can have problems with adhesion. Wear gloves, and have some of the solvent around or else you'll be answering the dumb questions at the office over why you have all that paint on you. The stuff doesn't come off and takes a week or so to wear off.
Once its on and it set, its there for good. Its ideal for frames or area that don't need UV protection. It doesn't have a UV protector in it. If you are going to top coat it, you have to follow por's top coat directions and use their tie coat system.
I've used a ton of por15 the last 6 months on my build. I am very happy with it and it's extremely easy to apply. I used foam brushes and brushed it on and it levels itself out so you don't have brush marks. You do need to top it with a paint but I would think whatever you use you would want an extra layer of protection.
be careful telling people to search... The last time this exact topic was brought up I told the poster to search as this has been covered MANY times and I got a couple people (mods included) all over me about telling them to search...
I don't see what the big deal is with just answering the question. You use as much effort reprimanding them as you would just telling them which you prefer. And if that is too much of a hassel, don't answer, they might get the point.
Now to the question at hand, I've had experience with POR15 and RB. Personally, I prefer POR15...I use it on everything I can, the frame, under carpet, etc. I haven't used the stuff from Eastwood, but most of their stuff is pretty good.
A new thing I've noticed, is some guys are using bed lining stuff on their frames. I haven't heard much feedback about it though. Personally, I don't like the textured look.
I didn't tell him to search. I just told him to try. I can't judge his competence.
There's no problem with telling someone to use the search link. The problem arises when the person advising about the search link does so with a nasty attitude. I didn't read that into your suggestion at all. We just have to remember that many of these people are using the forum for the first time and don't really know where to start with their question. Sometimes the link is old or dead. I had a problem with another forum where I asked a question, did a search first, found a link that was 5 years old, but nothing recent. Rather than take chances on a 5 year old link, posted a new question and was jumped all over including links to the 5 year old thread about using the search button. I don't use that forum anymore, cause I think its full of a bunch of jack****s. Its a pretty well known forum.

Exactly...not to mention, I'm sure on a board of this size every topic imagineable has been covered at least once, so then what's the point of new posts. Just search for everything and no one has to post again.
Then they get flamed for necro-posting or told they'll get more responses in a new thread. Can't please everyone. And now, you've spent more time on this thread justifying why they should search and even did the search for them than just answering the question in the first place.
That it is. I wasn't trying to pick an argument between your and me, I just know that alot of bigger sites have their guys that know their stuff and and don't waste their time posting helpful info, rather they'd prefer to waste their time being a smart allec or letting the OP know they're not worth their time. Then you have the followers that probably don't know the answer, but hide behind the big dawg and decide to be jerks as well with no merit. And that's how sites get certain reputations and either you're in or you're out and more often than not that drives users away. So I always figure if a thread is worth opening and worth posting in, why not post something helpful, especially if it's to help out a fellow Ford lover? My answer to his question took about 10 seconds to type, I doubt most folks can even fill out a proper search query, with proper criteria, have it open in 10 seconds much less search even one thread to find an answer he was looking for.
