My sliding rear window is an older one that I put in my 77. When it rains the inside slider channel fills with water to the point of overflowing. I figure the water is getting in via the split window and running under the sliders(worn weatherstripping) or it could be going in between the window glass and the seal to the frame.
Mine leaked to the point of rusting the floor in the rear of my super cab out. I fixed it with a stock solid window. I have never seen one that didn't leak after a few years.
