What engine do you have and what oil do you use?

.060 over 460, Valvoline VR1 20-50. Great oil for flat tappet cams. Wal-Mart oil is recycled as far as I know. Anything that has the starburst emblem and says energy conserving doesn't have a good enough additive package for flat tappet cams. There is a lot of info out there on the subject.

.030" over 460 and I run Castrol SAE-30 with Motorcraft FL-1A filters. and change it very offen while running the NOS. No problems within last 2 builds (10 years) with engine using this oil and filter. -Ed
