I would say thats a decent price.Does everything work like it should? Brakes, engine? Does it seal up good for weather. If everything works like it should I think thats pretty good.

That's a steal at that price if it is as good as you say. I have seen rusty needing restoration trucks going for nearly that.

You really don't want it... One of us will be there next week with $2500 and a trailer, you make $300 for your troubles !

Sounds like a more than great deal ! Hope you are the beneficiary..

Still cheaper than what I was looking at today. I can't knock a guy for making a buck, but sometimes it makes ya wonder, lol.

BTW, 7 fish is being pretty optimistic, don't ya think?

Somebody correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't think they all came with dual rear wheels. Weren't duals an option? Stu

Don't make that assumption. The rims used on the AAs would have been either an 18" or 20" Budd style wheel having five hand holes and a 5 lug x 6 7/8" bolt pattern. Single wheel style would look very similar to the dual rear wheel style, but would simply have less dish. Stu

yep, my 31 AA 157" wheelbase chassis has 20" Budd wheels with 5 hand holes but I beleive the rediculously large bolt pattern is 5 x 8"

I was under the impression that the single and dual wheels were the same with a spacer inbetween.

3200 is a pretty nice deal. Some people might think its amazing, but I think they are thinking of model A pickups and cars. For some reason the AAs don't go for the same prices unless there are unique and identifying characteristics, like dump boxes or express beds or even old business advertising still painted/patina'd on.

The 5 lug x 8" bolt pattern came into use in 1934. Before that it was 5 x 6 7/8". Unless somebody swapped axles somewhere in the past. Stu
