What is the deal with west and east?
Is there some difference between buying older cars in the west vs the east. I always see someone saying that it would be cheaper in the west and in better condition. Why is this? Don't get me wrong i like this seeing as i live in cali.

The East has always been notorious for using Massive amounts of Salt on their roads which encourages RUST.
The air is also very humid in the winter.
This applies to both Canada & the U.S.

What is the deal with west and east?
AAAAHHHH winter in the midwest. Where you can hear the salt being being powderized as you drive. Blacktop/asphalt here turns to a nice powdery white come "saltin' season".:-X23

Crap, I am glad we use gravel here. We get tons of snow. One year we got 8 feet in one storm. Actually we hold the world record for single snow storm 15 feet in 35 hours that was in the 60's though.
