Is there some difference between buying older cars in the west vs the east. I always see someone saying that it would be cheaper in the west and in better condition. Why is this? Don't get me wrong i like this seeing as i live in cali.

Crap, I am glad we use gravel here. We get tons of snow. One year we got 8 feet in one storm. Actually we hold the world record for single snow storm 15 feet in 35 hours that was in the 60's though.
