Stack installation project w/ pictures

Just put this 7" stack in my truck. I've seen the stack adapters that FTE Diesel sells and decided to make one of my own. When I got the truck the muffler had been replaced with 3 1/2 inch pipe so me and my buddy welded 3 1/2" OD pipe on the bottom of the steel plate and 5" ID on top and bolted it to the bed. Seems to be working pretty well. I'm sure there have been similar setups on here before. Im liking the stack so far. Hoping to get a DP soon so I can fill it a little better.

Looks great in the truck! Way cheaper than a kit too. Now if you'll just scrape that nasty 'mathews' sticker off the back glass you'll be set! j/k Stack looks good though, still saving for mine.

That would look alright if you could get a toolbox and hide that transition and ditch the superchips sticker. Other then that looks good. Mike if you sell your duals they are MINE lol

I got all the stuff at my local NAPA and Big R. My buddy welded it all for me. Cost about $50-$60 minus flex and clamps. I'm hoping to get a DP soon so ill ditch the sticker.
