90 f150 problems

i have a 90 f150 v8 auto efi 302 and this thing cuts out as if you turned of the motor then it takes of again. it is running my nuts i love the truck but its on its way to the scrap mill. dont know whats wrong can someone help?

is it showing any engine codes?

nothing but the o2 sen. the check engin light flashes on and of when it cuts out. it gets real bad when the truck gets to running temp.
