Possibly dirty MAS?

I had a weird problem today not sure whats going on. But, i started my truck and it cranked reved up a little then died, it kep doing this, it would not idle at all, i think my MAS is dirty or something. Now it would stay running if i cracked the throttle body just a little so i adjusted it to stay open just a tad, my idle is at 800-900 RPM. No i undid my adjustment and its idling fine now????? Any ideas whats going on?

Likely a bad IAC or deteriorated PCV tube elbow.

The IAC valve mounts on the throttle body with two bolts. Buy a new one & a new gasket and replace it.
It may respond to a cleaning and a drop of oil on the shaft, but if the problem returns, then it's time for a new IAC valve.
