04 Navigator Fuse and Airbag suspension problems

04 Navigator Fuse and Airbag suspension problems
I have two issues currently
Fuse number 24 [interior on demand lamps(map) and battery saver relay coli/power] keeps blowing 15a, pops immediately. any suggestions where to start.
I also have intermitten problems with the front airbags inflating, sometimes I have to turn the vehicle off and on several times before it kicks in. Like others I have seen, it is worse in the cold.
Any help is appreciated
