Hi, just picked up a 46 Ford pickup, it needs a bit of body work, the bed needs wood, alot has been done already to this project, its been subframed w/ camaro suspension in the front. all new brakes and lines, motor has been rebuilt, body has been blasted and etch primed. i have to wire it all up, and im sure im gonna find things along the way, but i love it already and cant wait to finish it and cruise.

i am looking for a place to get a wiring harness, or is it something i might as well make myself?
either way i am looking forward to any input, places to get stuff, parts, diagrams, or anything, thanks, mike

 

Hello and Welcome to Ford Truck Enthusiasts! Mike, your truck looks to be in very good condition. i dont know much about the older trucks as far as where to find parts and the like but i have heard of painless wiring, some say they are good and some say there a pain, but i think it might be a good place to start.
