I have a 70 F-250 with a 360. The front left brake assembly will not release pressure once the brakes have been applied. Then it won't turn. The only way to get the wheel turning again is to open the bleeder valve. I've replaced both the hard and soft line for that wheel. My next idea is the wheel cylinder? Has anyone had this issue before?
And one other thing. If I move the truck that front wheel drags really hard until it finally locks up. I believe the front shoe is dragging into the drum, and adjustments don't seem to resolve the problem. Then again I must relieve brake pressure through the bleeder valve. Could this be the same root problem?
