Quick help please-pass. side axle won't turn, driver side turns

Quick help please-pass. side axle won't turn, driver side turns
Felt a weird a weird feeling in steering. It feels like the wheels are in "ruts" occasionally. I posted another thread about that earlier.
I have the truck up on jacks now. I have locked the manual hubs and the drivers side wheel and axle will turn. The pass. side wheel will turn, but the axle does not. If we try to turn axle by hand, it will not turn by hand.
Any ideas? Thanks!
