Help me ID a tranny

Ok, i've got this tranny, but have no good idea what it is. I've been told it's a RUG and i've been told it's a Tremek 4spd. It's a 3spd + OD, non-granny, internal linkage truck tranny. That's about all I know about it. Here are the three pictures I have of it:

Help me ID a tranny

Looks like a TOD to me. That's a Toploader Over Drive. It's made by Mazda. I had one in my '84 F150.
