It is an Eddie Bauer 4wd, Nav, DVD, cooled seats, and 39k. It is a one owner car.

I paid 21k for it. What should I look out for, is there any maintenance items I should look out for?

Is there a way to see what work was performed at the dealer?

This is my first ford truck, its replacing a 2002 Grand Cherokee. I still have a few old mopars.

So far I like it alot.

I also replaced my 01 Grand Cherokee with a 2005 Navi Ultimate AWD....Love it and have not had one single problem with it.

congrats sportsuburbangt - I just picked up the same thing but an older 06 so no cooled seats, nav or dvd (yet). Mine has 30k on it and the dealer did an oil change this weekend and they said the fuel filter needed to be replaced ($50), so that was it. I am sure the other guys will give you more info so I will watch the replies you get. I did basic checks - tires, brakes, fluids.

 

I wasn't gonna say it. I only paid 18K

We bought our 50k 06 Limited in Nov. We paid quite a bit less though .

 

Just bought a Red 05 Expo XLT 4wd. Nothing super fancy, but it is nice, clean inside and out. Tan Interior, 6cd factory radio, rear air, third row seating, new tires out the door $12000 tax title tags included, right at 90000 on the clock. My 98 Explorer is at 228000 my 92 Flareside at 180000 and both still climbing, so I feel sure the Expo will do well.

Other than a repo man, is there anything to look out for?

 

i just got my 04 expedition EB every option but navigation. and its got a few issues. 83k got it for 13 out the door. traded my 97 explorer 214k miles. well lets see what is wrong with mine... heated/cooled seats dont work at all. rear wiper does not work (stripped motor), reverse sensors do not work. but other than a few things that prolly are easy fixes im very happy with the truck. oh i had to put a belt on it but that was only $30 and about 15 minutes to fix. i dont really know if the 06' has any problems but for the most part mine are normal things that go wrong with the expeditions.

We like it so far. Looked for a few months and this was the best price I could find.

It was from a delaler in New York and they replcaced the rack, cut the rotors and lined it up.

I guess a good deal is a state of mind and this is one is mint.

I just ordered the factory sattelite radio for it, and i will install it next week.

I always put the k&n CAI in my cars, i like the sounds. How do the Expys sound with it?

When should I change the plugs, and trans and transfer case fluids?

I am at 40k right now.
