Hey everyone, my dad just picked up a 1993 Ranger 4x4 for $100... Runs good, warn hubs, bone stock basically. The cab itself is really solid, the only problem is the rest of the body is shot... The bed is rusted beyond repair, the front fenders are dented beyond repair, front and rear bumpers are rusted out..
I'm sure the beds are interchangeable, but what I'm curious is if the front end off a '02 ranger (as below) would bolt directly up to the 93 (and be able to keep the 93 inner fenders, radiator core etc). He's wanting to freshen up the look a bit. Thanks in advance for all the help!!
Your picture is of a '93 to '94 Ranger, which is one generation newer than the '92 model. The '92 is the same from 89 thru '92. If you "new" truck has that much rust in the body, what are some of the underpinings like, such as spring hangers and bolts? Are you able to get the spare tire out?
