replace seals in steering box, how hard?
I put in a new power steering pump in my '68 and now my gear box leaks power steering fluid like crazy. I can buy a reman box for $150 or a kit with seals for $41. How difficult is it to replace the whole box or should i just replace the seals. If i just replace the seals how hard is that? I've searched the internet looking for some guides or pics but found none. I think i have a Bendix since i have 4 bolts on top.

Fits: 1966/68 F100/250 2WD / 1969 F100/250 2WD before serial number D96,001.
1969: From serial number D96,001, Bendix P/S was replaced by Ford P/S.
The gearbox must be removed to install the seals.
DENNIS CARPENTER OBSOLETE PARTS (704-786-8139) and GREEN SALES CO. (800-543-4959) have this kit.
