If they are willing to give you that for the Dodge I would take it to get out from under it. You can buy a Brand new Dodge with power options in the crew cab 2 wheel drive for 16K in the Houston area and probably cheaper if they file bankrupcy.

So if they are at $22854 trade difference they are showing you an allowance of $10.5 for your truck. Probably a good deal, they are just trying to make you feel better about the $7k they are actually giving you for your truck and discounting the new one the $3500 difference. Either way, it is your money and if you feel good about it, go for it!
