Truck dies when slowing down

I have a 95 f350 4x4 194,000.It has a 3' dp no cat,no muffler,6637 Truck dies when stopping or getting off gas peddle, starts after spinning on in a while,sometimes i let it sit for a few minutes and it starts. it always starts after spinning on it a while.

I would suggest CPS. Cam Position Sensor (CMP at dealer)
Cheap part and easy to change.

Does it do this when the engine's cold and hot are only when it's hot? If it only does this when it's hot it could also be IPR o-rings letting the hot oil (thinner than cold oil) leak past and not keep the pressure up in the HPOP system.

cold and hot if i start it in the drive way give it gas forward and back hit gas hard let off it will not die. drive it to the stop sign it dies hard to start. will cps make it start and die sometimes?

Yes, when the CPS starts acting up it can be intermittent. Does the tach move when you are cranking on it after it dies? If not, it's the CPS or CPS wiring.

thanks I am going to change the cps this weekend and check the wires hope that will solve it. I will get back to yall soon with the results.Thank u very much....
