So, I have all the parts for my 89 Bronco tailgate and know where they all go except...
Where to the tailgate window rubber bumpers go and how are they attached? It looks like they could have been glued to the bottom of the tailgate inside, but I'm not sure.
Anyway, any help would certainly be appreciated.

Craig - I think this is what you are referring too. The rubber stop bumpers are indeed located at the bottom of the tailgate. You should not need glue to replace them. Simply push them through the slots. You can see them in this picture with the rubber stays positioned vertical. Let me know if you have any other questions...I have many tailgate pictures you can refer to on my Supermotors.org page.
Oh, now I see the problem. I have the remains of two window bumpers. It looks like the center tab that gets pushed through the slot has broken off and I have four chunks of rubber that were bouncing around in the tailgate. Gotta buy more parts!

Thanks!
It's easy to do! When you get the new ones put a little grease on those tabs, should help in slipping them in!
