coil pack
How hard is it to change out a coil pack in a 06 f-150 with the 5.4 in it, Also how do you determine which one is bad?

To change the coils, really simple.
You will need a 7mm socket. Push the electrical connector to release it from the coil. Then remove the little bolt holding the coil down. Then pull the coil out along with the boot. I am having a problem with my coils. Will go back to the dealer and have them check the coils. There is a TSB for how to diagnose bad coils.
