Front Suspension Noise Please Help ??

Hello,
I have 2005 F-150 S-Crew with just over 40,000 on it . Here's my problem I have noticed a very loud sqeeking noise from the front end .The truck handles and performs just fine. At a traffic light , I noticed that if I shimmy my steering wheel back and forth the noise is there , or if I push up and down on the front end . Upon further inspection I can say its definatly comming from the front drivers side around the lower A-arm bushings . I have tried to spray W-D-40 around all front joints because there are no greese fittings ( Did not work ). I am hesitant to bring it to the dealer enen though I have a 7 year/75,000 bumper to bumper warrenty . I had a 2.5 " leveling kit installed around 32,000 miles and I'm not sure if it voids this area of warrenty . Please any input ???
*note* This happened one time before around a month ago and it just disapeared !

I am having a similar problem with my 06 S-cab with just about 14,000 on it. It was in the other week for the recall and warranty work (AC compressor seal) so I told the mech to see if he could find anything but as usual the truck wouldn't make the noise so he just lubed up the suspension and steering. It hasn't fixed the noise though within a day or two I heard it again coming from the drivers side front wheel area..... any help would be great

Hear is the end result . The dealer replaced both tie rod ends , and replaced entire lower drivers side control arm (under full warrenty). They claim since there are no greese fittings sometimes water can penatrate the bushings and cause them to fail . Because the control arm is aluminum replacing the entire arm is needed due to possible metal fatigue .

Glad the dealer came through for you. Question... do the replacements have grease fittings on them? Reminds me of u-joints, factory originals don't have fittings but replacements do.

Thats bad news for me. My truck did the exact same noise thing and of course after I finally got it to the dealer the noise stopped. My truck was in water up to the running boards during a flood and it has squeeked ever since. I have no warranty left and I dont know if I want to know how much replacing all that stuff will cost me. Its so embaressing my Chevy roommates make fun of me all the time.

Then I am rather confused as to how my dealer lubed up my steering and suspension if there are no grease fittings. I guess i'll have to have someone else look at it...... But that is after my rear end gets replaced thanks to a 98 nissian maxima. They decided it be better to rear end me doing 65mph rather then stop like the rest of traffic was doing. thankfully we were in my truck and not my girlfriends neon. I could just drive away his car ended up the with engine halfway into the drivers compartment.

Swell ! And I suppose the dealer's advice for preventing this from happening again would be "Don't drive it in the rain?" The replacements SHOULD have fittings on them, actually, so should the originals. In some ways Ford makes it hard for owners to maintain their vehicles.
