2 B Holley On 302
I have a holley 2 barrel on a 302. My problem is it will start if I dump gas down the carb and then have it about half open trottle it will run. If I back the trottle down it will die out. Does anyone have any suggestion?

Look down the carb (without the truck running) and open the throttle linkage to see if you get two good streams of gas shooting out. If not it may be a problem with the accelerator pump or something stopped up inside there. I have a 500 cfm Holley 2 barrel on my 77 and I love it. Just my .02
