Search finds mystery wire (PSOM?)
Looking for the 4wd module under the passenger side dash, I found a wire with a sticker on it displaying PSOM. Is this to program the speedometer?
it has a harness connector on the end of it, and I was wondering what plugs into it.

That seems like that wire may be the lead that gets grounded when reprograming the PSOM when changing the diameter of tires.BK/O wire in early 92 production and then it changed to LB/Y wire in later production.This connector and wire is usually located underneath and in the middle of the glove box door.
