How in gods name do you get to the PCV valve on these trucks? I know on my 96 f250 5.8L it’s in the very back on the passenger’s side but I can’t even see it and can barley get my hand between the engine and the firewall. Who was the genius over at Ford that decided to put something that you change frequently where nobody can get it at??
The trick is to "fold" it over to the side--it will pop right out. You have to kind of do the reverse to re-install it. It's definitely easier on the 302, but still doable on the 351W.

Who told you that lie? It took me 30 minutes standing in an unimaginable position to get mine out and back in on my pickup.
But Jason's advice is how I had to do it. Twist it so you can get your thumb under the bend and fold it over. Going in is a lot easier.
