Fair question but the SD forum might help a little more.

I know skyjacker is making a 4link front kit and several companies make coilover kits. As far as quality and ease of installation I dont think any one in here has any experience but I might be wrong. I will tell you that youre looking at $2k+ in parts alone

x2 on the 2k in parts... The newer the truck the more expensive the lift is usually. Might have more luck if you wait a couple of months let the aftermarket get some designs out and after a while the prices will drop... Always does. I will also suggest checking in the 08 forums... Might find something more exact there. I dont know of anybody down here with a lifted 08

$2000 isn't including tires and wheels, mind you. $4000 minimum if you want to count those in.

I've read that the coilover conversions offered ride pretty rough. You want to wheel or mall crawl?

Someone on PBB did it a while back, he got flamed (go figure, but justly imo) and said the coilovers were a no go.

No personal experience.

$4000 easy plus $1000 (maybe more) for a competent shop to do it. Gears brakes and a little more HP out of the diesel only compound the problem.

Im not trying to talk you out of it but Id hate for you to get half way in to this and realize you cant afford to finish.

I HIGHLY suggest you contact this guy, hes is the god of superduty lift knowledge.....

He can hook you up with almost any lift manufacturer, he deals most with the best ones.....not like skyjacker/superlift/RC etc.......

he makes specialty parts for the superduty's too......good stuff
