MBRP Exhaust- Texas Legal?

I have heard that in Texas(just moved here) that en exhaust must have a catylitic converter on it, although they don't test emmisions on diesel's. Would an exhaust like this one, http://www.itpdiesel.com/store.php?c...on=show_detail, be legal here? Maybe sombody from Texas can help me out. Thanks.

I'm in Dallas County, and they said they don't test emmisions, would that mean that the exhaust above would be legal? It has a muffler, but no cat?

Not sure of the legality, but there are tons of guys around here running straight exhaust no cat no muffler with no problems

So I just went out and looked out at the exhaust closely for the first time, and it does not seem to have a catylitic converter on it, only a muffler? Are they both in there? I'm fairly new to exhaust's so bear with me.

No, I have owned it since it was new. It is a 7.3. Maybe that has something to do with it?

7.3 have NO cat. To confirm, look under the hood. There is a sticker there that will tell you the engine size and whether you have a CAT or not.

My 2003 X has a 7.3 with no cat, I live in Collin County. I just ordered the silver line system with muffler and don't anticipate any issues.

Call the folks at MKO power.

They got me a geat deal on my exhaust. They carry MBRP.

I also looked at this system, but it was cheaper through MKO.
