Here you go those other numbers just get you the front lines of Ford Customer care
This number gets you in the back door 1-866-631-3788 try ext7124 Joel if you really get mad just start using ext numbers around that number and leave a message someone will call you back. They will probley not do anything for you, cause Ford don't care anymore but call anyway.
Thanks for the info. And yes I did try the ford site (waste of time) and no I am not looking at getting anything, just wanted to vent. The girl from the service department told me today that it was sad that she didn't need to look up my cell number because she has called it so many times. I told her I felt the same way now that I have ford road side as a speed dial number in my phone.
Email is useless for complaints. It won't get acted on. Use a piece of paper and write a letter. That will be MUCH more likely to get some results.
Send it to Ford Motor Company, The American Road, Dearborn, MI 48126. If you pick an officer of the company to send it to it will get some attention. Bill Ford or Alan Mulally might be good choices.
I recently used the Customer Care method due to my ignorant dealer continuing to align my front end for a pull to the left - 4 times in a row even though it was not fixing the problem. I both called and wrote an email using the contact info I found on the main Ford site. I got a call the next day from a regional rep who started investigating and when I got home from work there was a reply to the email I sent letting me know they saw my call generated a regional rep to get involved. The regional really gets things done and dealers stand up straight when they get involved. Took it to another dealer who replaced the steering stabilizer and a few other minor front end stuff - and it is now finally fixed. Ford even picked up my rental car.
Ford does still care, and contacting their customer care department does work.
