I've seen a few posts in the past that were over 500K so they are out there.

We own one with over a million and another close to 900,000

I know a guy that just replaced the heads on one with around 700,000 miles.

Seen alot more Cummins powered trucks with alot more miles.

I put a few hundred thousand miles on my truck with around 450hp (abused the hell out of it). About 40,000 miles into my current set-up but still haven't had the heads off since the motor was 'built.'
