Hi depending on engine size it could be one of two. 4.6=4r75w 5.4=5r110w and that unit is refered to as a torqueshift. hope this helps.

Look for the VC (Vehicle Certification) Label. Should be on the door post between the front and rear driver's side doors.

Under the "TR" should be the transmission code. (U=4R70W, E=4R100).
