Helm Shop Books
Has anyone ever purchased the rather spendy Helm shop manuals for thier 300's? And if so, are they worth the money, comapred to Haynes and Chilton? I am planning on keeping my 1995 300 until it dies, so I would use the Helm if it is as good as they say.

I didn't know HELM printed books specific for the 300 only...I bought the shop manual set for my '79 (before the online store had them). It covers up to F600's - there's some overkill, but they're much more informative than haynes or chilton's - yet the chiltons paperback is good too (has recent improvements / revisions). Ken sells them on CD at the online store - see that annoying red truck zooming in front of you? I recommend the shop manuals + you get to see those fuzzy drawings in Haynes more clearly.

They are actual reproductions of the manufacturer's manuals. I've bought several over the past years. Lots more info than the ones you get at Auto Zone, Pep Boys, etc.
I've been trying to get a set from Helm for my '94 van, but they've been out of stock for nearly 2 years.
