I love fueling my V-10

Especially when I am paying $2.599/gal for E-10 (10% ethanol), and the diesel pumps are charging $3.099/gal. Do the math folks. I get 10-13 mpg. Yeah gas is higher than a kite, but $.50/gal more for diesel fuel, whew!!!! I just wonder how long this wide price swing will last?

its $2.99 for chevron 87 here and the diesel is $0.15 higher on average. when I bought the truck the big argument was diesel is $0.50 cheaper and would stay that way FOREVER!!!!

Glad I did the math!!

2.69 vs 3.10 in KS.
For the past several years except for a couple of months diesel has always cost more.

Yeap, that is why I drive the 6.0 PSD when diesel is priced lower and the V-10 when gas is on the lower side. The V-10 is seeing a lot of miles these days.

I like the perplexed look people give me when I fill up at the gas pumps instead of diesel. It seams that a lot of people think that Super Duties are diesel only.

I hear ya. Here in Austin Texas, gas is $ 2.75 and diesel is $ 2.95. I'm getting on average 13.5 and my boss's 6.0 psd is getting 14.8 on average. He griped at me for getting a v-10 because he pays my fuel and maintenance bill, but he's not griping anymore. Love my v-10.
