'96 F-150 5-speed

Anyone know what's the weight of this transmission? I need to pull it to change the clutch, but was wondering if I'd be able to remove it manually without a special transmission jack...

just use a floor jack unless your like me and have 6 inch lift on it. So i just unbolt every thing and come-a-long it back to the rear about 10 inch or so. allways works for me.
