I hope he has to pay the legal fees and some punitive damages as well. While they are at it, there is probably grounds for a civil rights lawsuit.

Pearson should be disbarred for abuse of the legal system also. He has shown he does not have enuf sense to be a Lawyer, much less a Judge.

And they may sue for the "thousands of dollars of legal fees". Wouldn't blame them. I'd be mad as hell.

i don't think he should be a judge or a lawyer or anything, but of course no matter what happens, just like nifong, he will end up being some high paid consultant.

nifong and this guy both, nifong for sure will get hooked up with some nice legal consultant job with some liberal minority loving law firm, this guy, if he does get punished, will get the same hook up.

Its about time. This kind of thing has to stop. But you know this guy is arrogant, and felt that he could get some press for this law suit.
