Good Price?

What's a decent price for (on a 98 4.6 F-150 4x4):

1. Spark plug and wire change?

2. Upper and Lower Ball Joints?

I'm not the best mechanic and don't know if I really want to get into these things.

Well I don't think they are decent but shops are running $200-$400 for plug changes and ball joints can be anywhere from $500-$1000.
