1959 F350 Owner needs some help

Hi...

I have a 1959 F350 dually with 292 V8 (c). Wiring around solenoid, generator and voltage regulator has been torn up. Does anyone have a diagram that would help me put it back together?

Also, I want to repaint the engine. Can anyone help me with original colors of the different parts.

Thanks for your help,

Mark

iffin' you are really stuck for a wiring diagram i have one here that is in general a late 50s early 60s ford wiring diagram, all the colors are the same, only differances are its set up for only 1 dash signal indicator lite and single headlites, only thing is its too fine a print to scan & email i generally send it by mail.
but perhaps this torn up charging system wiring is a sign.............perhaps it's time to change to a internal regulated alternator
