No Vehicle Identification Number (VIN). Cars and trucks were registered by the serial (engine) number in those days.
The serial number is found on left side of engine above water intake.
Model B 4 cylinder serial numbers begin with: B-5,000,000
Model 18 (V8) serial numbers begine with: 18-1 and up.
If the current engine serial number doesn't match what is listed on the registration, the original engine has been changed. It's very common to see mismatched numbers on Ford cars/trucks of this vintage.

If it's a V8, check for the 18-xxxxxx on the transmission half-bell. It wasn't on the block (early 32's might be different) Ford marked the tranny rather than the block, figuring the engine would be swapped out before the trans.
Probably find the vin on the top of the frame rail inside the engine compartment and under the cab.

Besides on top of the transmission half bell on the left frame rail around the steering gear column it should also be listed.
