have an 88 e150 w a 5.0.it is getting fuel up to the injectors but there is nothing getting to the motor.what tells the injectors to fire? could low fuel pressure be a problem ?what is it suppose to be?what is a tfi module?thanks in advance
The TFI module fires the ignition and injector drivers in the ecm. It is the module on the side of the distributor. You should have 32 to 40psi at the fuel rail.
now i changed the tfi module with no results.how can u tell if the ecm is bad?is this something i could do myself?the numbers on ecm r gone ?anyway to tell what it is?
