keeping fuel fresh and "dry"

Last question of the day...well, at least the morning.

It takes me sometimes 2 months to go through a tank of fuel in my 2001 F150 Screw. I run 93 Octane Sunoco most of the time...before i get flamed, i run 93 Octane because i use the Hypertech Power Programmer.

That being said, would it be best to:

1) keep the tank less than half full (so I'm adding fresh gas more often) with some HEET (to avoid condensation)
2) keep the tank full, but add sta-bil (which BTW has FI cleaner) to keep the fuel fresh?

do i need to run an octane booster to keep the octane up? again, thanks to the power programmer.

If it is only getting 2 months old, I wouldn't worry about it. 6 months or more, I would start getting concerned.
