Guys I am putting some GT40 irons heads on my 92 F-150 302 engine and was wondering what plugs and plug wires would be best for a SD 302 engine that's running a 302HO camshaft? Probably going to say Autolite or Motorcraft Copper plugs right and Ford Racing 9mm plug wires?

Yep. Think about it: your engine will essentially be a mustang engine at that point, and they all used motorcraft plugs and wires from the factory too; they are just fine. No need for super high dollar stuff to gain a half a horsepower.....not worth it.
I can buy 3 sets of the FRPP wires for the cost of one set of live wires. At 35/set, they have held up just fine for me, so I can't justify spending 110 bucks on a set of plug wires.

Think you will find this link about plug wires enlightening:
better wires means less resistance and more energy to the spark plug, and make sure you dont get the spark plugs with resistors in them, it defeats the purpose of better wires.
We have found that there is a point of diminishing returns regarding plug wire resistance. That is, the less resistance the better, but eventually, you hit a point to where you do not gain any additional ignition performance by lower resistance. We have found that point to be 250-300 ohms per foot.
PerfDist, that link is certainly not enlightening. Three posts, and only one mentions performancedistributors. Keep trying, though.
Looks like 2 very happy folks to me:
