Did I Harm My Engine/Exhaust By Doing This (Video Inside)

I was doing a video of my new exhuast and i acidentally floored it and the truck started shaking and then steam (i suppose) came out of the tail pipe, did i hard my engine/exhaust (I only did it once then stoped) and whats the smoke coming out.

Welcome to rev limit land. That funny shakin was the engines rev limiter. It momentarily kills the engine to prevent damage due to over-revs. It is never a wise choice to hit the limiter too often under no load, but, I am sure you did not damage anything.
