Question Anybody Added Power Fold Side Mirrors?

We have an 04 Eddie Bauer Expedition with manual fold mirrors. We have to fold one to get in the garage. Is it possible/how hard is it to add power fold mirrors? Did the 05-06 Expeditions have PFMs? Thanks.

I have an '06 and I could also use them. The '06 Limited (but not mine) EXP has power fold mirrors.

I believe we Eddie owners are missing the electrical wiring necessary to operate the power folds from the Limited.

That's just a dumb idea from Ford. These mirrors are so huge they should all have power fold.

I don't think they would be that difficult to add. I looked at a limited a couple of weeks ago and to actuate the power fold you push the power mirror stick. So, unless there are extra relays involved (if you wanted to add auto fold in reverse) I think all you would need is the new mirrors and a switch from a limited. You would have to run your own wires, an EB probably won't have the same wiring harness.
