awesome forum guys! lots of great info! i do have one question,i am dealing on a 37 ford truck which the guy told me its a 3 ton but i believe its a 1 1/2 ton, anyway i want to buy this truck for the cab hood and front nose,i want to make it into a half ton and just wondering if its the same cab?? i know that the fenders are different than the half tons but is the hood and grill also the same as the half tons?

Thepitshop, welcome, nice to have another vintage truck owner here.
Like ncranchero said, the cab and grille shell are the same, the hood will also be the same.

While offering no disrespect for the above posts, I suggest you post this question on the Fordbarn site. There are a couple of fellows who have restored this era of pickup and are quite versed about them.
