Should secondary throttle blades be cracked at idle?
On a Holley 750 VS?
I've just been making small tweaks here and there from where the previous owner of my truck had the carb set up. Last time I had the carb off, I noticed the secondary blades were shut completely. Shouldn't there be at least a small ammount of airflow to help atomize fuel from the secondary idle circuit?
