E150 and F150 front end parts interchange?

E150 and F150 front end parts interchange?
Folks,
Which of the E150 front end parts are interchangeable with the F150? The E150's are front steer. Are the spindles just fipped around? The tie rods are bent the opposite direction so I know that won't work. But the I beams, radius arms, calipers, rotors look the same.

E150 and F150 front end parts interchange?
My 79 F100 has a driveshaft that came from a 79 E150, because it has that junkyard yellow marker that says "1979 E150". So I guess the driveshafts interchange.
