The 460 that I am putting into my 76 is out of a 79 Lincoln.
I bought it with the power steering pump still attached. Does anyone know which pump this is and if it is compatible with a 76 F100 Power Steering setup.
Lincolns use a hydrobust pump they have a extra return line on the back of the pump one return line gose to the power streeting the other gose to the brakes you have almost the same set up as I have I used a 76 lincoln to do my swap I didn't use the Lincoln pump becuase just months before I did my swap my old pump died and I purchased a new one

You have a Saginaw pump. I used one for a couple of years. Just block off the upper return port, and use the lower one. There is probably the correct hose for the conversion out there somewhere but I just made mine. I used the Lincoln hose at the pump, cut it in the tubing section before it went into rubber, then I cut the truck hose in the metal on the pump end and got a coupler. It never leaked. The only reason that I removed it is because I just aquired a 71 Lincoln 460 365hp/ 500 lb of torque and is had the standard truck pump on it so I put it on the 77 460 in my truck until I decide to put the Hoss in there.
