I recently uncovered it after letting it sit for 5+ years.
The throttle body was a little bit stuck, but what a great thing WD-40 is. The choke cable still seems seized, but I can adjust the control at the carburator.
Turns over OK, but no spark - next task :-)

Won't have a chance to look at the block for a couple of days. I am pretty sure it is original. My grandfather was the original buyer and did not mention replacing the engine.
He did mention the fan going through the hood, the piece of firewood going through the back window, etc :-)
I can't tell from the pictures, but I have heard that some of the late 50's F350's offered 9 ft beds is this one of them? I just think it would be cool to have one of the old beasts.
